The Board has reviewed Sequel’s paternity leave – a question that came up to Becky last year as the EOT representative.

For 2024, we have extended paternity leave from two weeks paid leave to three weeks paid leave, plus two weeks at half pay. 

This follows research into best practice re paternity leave as a benefit and our desire to continue to be in the top quartile for small organisations for our benefits and rewards.
