You should receive an email today from Mindspace with details of how to get onto the Wi-Fi when you come into the office plus to download the Mindspace app.

When you come into the office for the first time:

• key in Barbara’s name as the person you are visiting on the tablet on the ground floor reception
• come up the lift to the 8th floor and the Mindspace reception
• collect your pass
• make your way to the 9th floor and go through the kitchen/refreshment area and room 907 is on the left hand side.
• we have 12 PC desks and 12 Mac desks
• please remember to book yourself the right kind of desk before you come in
• do refer to the new office desk plan on the ‘Book a desk’ tab on IQ (we had to change a few desks around so check your desk as you may need to do this again!)
• yellow desks are Mac and orange desks are PC
• each monitor has been set up with the right cables
• you don’t need to go under the desk to plug your laptop in – there are tower extension units on each desk to use
• keyboards and mice if you need them are in the tech white cupboard
• the email you will have received has the Wi-Fi log in details – it has the network and the password details: Mindspace and then the password is #Eye4design
• Barbara and Adam are on hand in the office on Tuesday onwards if you need any support or have any connectivity issues.

We have a number of meeting room credits as part of our account – we will share our policy about booking meeting rooms and using the communal space next week!
